  • Work with business stakeholders and editorial teams to define the product roadmap for the evolution of the CMS platform
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team to enhance the CMS and build new capabilities
  • Shadow CMS users and analyze usage patterns to discover user interaction pain points
  • Develop products and processes to create the most efficient workflow for content creation and publishing
  • Seek input from stakeholders and socialize the CMS roadmap to deliver maximum business value
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
  • Partner with Product Managers from various  business units to enhance the functionality of the CMS platform
  • Write detailed requirements for the Engineering and Infrastructure teams
  • Prioritize a backlog of bugs and feature enhancements


  • 7+ years of Digital technology experience in either a Product or Strategy role
  • Experience with web application design and development for desktop, mobile, and back-end services/APIs
  • Experience working with a range of stakeholders – from the C-Suite to writers and editors using the CMS
  • Knowledge of Google AMP and Facebook Instant Article (FBIA) standards and integrations
  • A history of excellent judgment, based upon strong market and product vision
  • A demonstrated track record of successful product execution and leading cross-functional terms to deliver high-quality products
  • To be a team player with the flexibility to get things done in a fast-paced editorial environment
  • Technical fluency; comfortable understanding and discussing technology concepts and new features with technical team members
  • A love of documentation, details, and diving head-first into solving our business user problems
