Our global media client is seeking a Project Manager to facilitate and coordinate the rebuilding of conference rooms and offices with Audio Visual (AV) equipment for their return to office. Prior experience guiding field support teams and tracking deliverables will be expected. Will be responsible for managing vendor and internal teams with the project deadlines and be willing and able to work onsite within the Universal City location. A prior background with getting conference rooms or offices set up within a large, modern enterprise network with AV technologies is preferred. Excellent communications a must.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5 years of related Project Management experience
  • Experience with enterprise AV audio visual buildouts
  • Experience tracking the work of vendor and internal resource teams
  • Experience coordinating field-support teams, e.g. (desktop, network, AV, etc.)
  • Must have the ability to lift 30 lbs.
