This position is a member of the team responsible for understanding customer needs and delivering a complete Aloha system that meets or exceeds customer expectations

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This position typically reports to a Regional Implementation Manager
  • Client Training Services resource is responsible for independently training customers on the end-to-end Aloha suite of products.
  • Client Training Services should be able to address all customer needs independently as well as support and train other members of the Implementation team.
  • Tasks associated with Aloha Client Training Services include:
    • Review customer Discovery for customer needs and expectations
    • Translate customer needs into a complete training solution
    • Schedule and conduct software configuration training with customer leadership
    • Schedule and conduct staff training
    • Validate database prior to onsite live coverage
    • Be present onsite following install to support customer needs and answer questions
    • Update all task time in Project Management software
    • Communicate progress with the Project Manager
    • Attend post-install follow up calls and respond to customer training needs
  • Document business process and requirements
  • Track training and onsite time for each product in Project Management software
  • Work with internal organizations to resolve issues
  • Apply principled practices and high standards of professionalism to projects and assignments
  • Develop working knowledge of industry practices and standards
  • Source and review documentation as needed
  • Independent learning
  • This is a direct customer facing position that requires Client Training Services to be present at restaurants while site is open for business
  • Ability to travel is a requirement for this position

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in the restaurant industry
  • Prior experience with Point of Sale software
  • Previous Aloha Point of Sale experience a plus
  • Previous training experience a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively communicate across multiple teams
  • Experience with MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Process driven and task oriented
  • Self-starter, detail oriented, organization skills a must
Remote but able to work EST and WEST hours.
