Our Global Media Entertainment client is seeking a Sr. Program Manager – Content Systems & Service. This position reports into the Digital PMO supporting global transformation, integration, and M&A efforts. This role will be responsible for leading diverse groups of senior stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to deliver on the financial and organizational goals of the business.  Broad oversight of multiple initiatives is required to set the pace and manage the cadence of activities, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, manage risks and maintain cross-functional alignment.

STAND 8 provides end to end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States and with offices in Morrisville, LA, Atlanta, New York and more.


  • Ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects in parallel, utilizing Agile methodology.
  • Responsible for all administrative aspects of a project throughout the project lifecycle, inclusive of documentation creation and management, task tracking, deliverable tracking, maintaining RAID and decision Logs, resource coordination, and stakeholder management.
  • Identify, sequence, and track the interdependencies for assigned projects as well as across other PMO projects. 
  • Ensure that projects are effectively staffed to meet or exceed expectations of scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Communicate development timelines and scope to appropriate stakeholders and ensure the team meets the committed delivery dates for projects and products.
  • Support product managers in reviewing product requirements and features built in each sprint with appropriate stakeholders, running user acceptance testing sessions as needed, and obtaining sign-off.
  • Partner with dependency teams such as Architecture, Product, Engineering, Security and Application teams throughout the delivery processes.
  • Coordinate and communicate with the product, development, UX/design, and QA teams to ensure correct development and testing of the intended product features.
  • Adhere to any governance, tracking and metrics standards to assess and report on the product development and delivery processes KPIs.  
  • Identify, track, and provide support in resolving or escalating risks and issues related to projects throughout execution.


  • At least 10 years of experience in program management, media, IT or equivalent.
  • Experience managing delivery via Agile methodology.
  • Proficient knowledge of Jira.
  • Strong understanding of proper risk and problem management techniques.
  • Proven track record of working effectively with all levels of team members and stakeholders.
  • Experience effectively communicating across teams and disciplines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a complex matrixed organization, with teams that are geographically dispersed.
