We are hiring for a Support Analyst with expertise in Velocify Lead Management Software. The ideal candidate will be supporting Velocify application including configuration (understanding of URLs) and API integrations with internal applications. If you are ready to create an impact in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, this could be a great opportunity for you!

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Be an expert in Velocify Lead Management software
  • Provide application support for Velocify marketing campaign application
  • Adept with Velocify specific skills with URL posting, distribution programs, reporting, campaign building. Specific reports and distribution programs within the platform
  • Experience in integrations with webforms, URL, and API connections 
  • Writes, communicates and vets requirements with business leaders using different approaches 
  • Must have excellent communications and customer service
  • Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
