OVERVIEW
This is a full-stack role which will be responsible for architecting scalable cloud solutions and developing modern front end applications. This role will support critical telephony, contact center, and API integrated systems, and provide daily operational support to nearly 10000 company users. Provide maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, design, and configuration support for critical telephony and contact center systems, disaster recovery redundancy projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design and build scalable cloud infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code tools and methodologies.
  • Work within a scrum framework. Meet regularly with business users/management, QA teams, and testers.
  • Develop front-end applications using modern web frameworks/technologies
  • Develop scalable and fast backend services
  • Clearly document system designs
  • Manage assigned projects and tasks to successful completion within assigned time constraints
  • Review and validate test plans, test execution, test reports and defect management
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
  • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
  • Design, Install, Configure, Maintain, and troubleshoot VOIP (SIP) servers, infrastructure, and applications
  • Work internally with client departments to meet the needs in planning, designing, building, and managing the VOIP network
  • Provide hardware and software design recommendations for all SIP based VOIP elements
  • Configure and Deploy VOIP servers, hardware, applications, and monitoring tools
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and repair VOIP system components in 24/7 environment
  • Demonstrate dedication and personal responsibility for delivering and managing VOIP systems
  • Develop and manage test and monitoring systems and procedures to ensure functionality and quality of all VOIP and contact center systems
  • Evaluate and Certify SIP PBX equipment and software
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Languages: Python, Go, JavaScript
  • Frameworks: Angular, React
  • SQL as well as NoSQL Databases
  • Queueing (RabbitMQ) and protocols (AMQP)
  • GitLab CI/CD
  • Shell scripting (bash)
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Linux
  • RESTful API development
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, scrum, and version control software (Git)
  • Experience with AWS is a major plus
  • Ec2, Cloudformation, Lambda
  • Amazon Connect experience is a major plus
  • Chef or other configuration management software
  • Experience with FreeSWITCH, SipXcom/UniteMe, Kamailio is a major plus
  • Any prior telephony or contact center experience is a major plus
  • Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently
  • Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with ZenDesk development is a plus
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgment
  • Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience is a plus
