STAND 8 provides end to end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States and with offices in LA, Atlanta, New York, Raleigh, and more.  

Administration of the various aspects of our client’s Access Management team to provision, maintain and terminate user accounts across multiple directories, applications, platforms and networks. Completes identity management tasks in conformance with corporate security policies, standards, guidelines and standard operating procedures.

  • Monitoring service requests received through the help desk to facilitate timely resolution
  • Use of active directory tools to administer account adds/changes
  • Troubleshooting of access related issues and communicating solutions to end users
  • Identifies potential non-compliance situations and reports facts to department leadership
  • Supports regular and special audits of user access based on security compliance requirements
  • Ability to follow structured procedures for account creation, management and termination
  • High-level of professionalism, integrity and commitment to quality
  • Detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, and self-sufficient
  • Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards
  • Strong business writing and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated customer focus, integrity and relationship building skills are a must
  • Basic knowledge and experience managing accounts in Active Directory a plus
  • Experience managing accounts within Google Apps for Business a plus
