We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Digital Products team, Are you passionate about the weather and do you have a good understanding of the landscape of products? this could be a great opportunity for you!
STAND 8 provides end to end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States and with offices in LA, NYC, Phoenix, Atlanta, and more.


  • Build a strong list of features and manage the intake into the roadmap
  • Liaise and present roadmap items and changes to Marketing/digital and editorial leadership
  • Partner with engineering managers for sprint planning and manage expectations with other stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Partner with Tech Manager and Project Manager to lead the mobile team and QA resources, manage stakeholders (internal and external) and provide daily guidance to developers
  • Use data to monitor changes of user behavior
  • Work with vendors to integrate them into our product development lifecycle
  • Be the subject matter expert on the mobile platforms (iOS and Android), and push our thinking forward about user experience strategies
  • Collaborate with design and other product managers to improve the user experience across all platforms
  • Prioritize requests and ideas, and ship experiments in partnership with our growth and data science team to test bold product hypotheses designed to improve our ability to get users engaged with the content on mobile and other platforms


  • 3-5 years of experience in product management
  • Passion for weather and a good understanding of the landscape of products
  • At least 3 years of experience as a PM working on mobile products
  • Extensive experience working on video streaming apps and has a strong understanding of industry best practices
  • Experience working with Agile - requirement definition, ticket creation, sprint management and other rituals
  • An Analytical product manager, but keen on developing human-centered experiences and have strong product instincts
  • Ability to inspire, motivate and lead
  • Ability to communicate well, in both small and large groups
  • Comfortable with giving and receiving candid feedback
