This is a great opportunity to work for a global digital broadcast media entertainment company. You will be responsible for leading projects that will partner with analysts that are defining, analyzing and documenting user requirements, procedures, and problem resolutions. In this role, the you will lead project efforts to offer a new solutions or value propositions to customers, automate processing or to improve existing business processes and associated information systems. You will also be responsible for defining the appropriate methodologies and best practices for leading projects in the support of core organizational functions and business processes.


  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Monitor and track project progress
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Operationally manage the personnel assigned to the project team
  • Ensure that project reviews and quality assurance procedures take place
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation


  • Experience in Media industry finance within the areas of Residuals, Participations and/or Production Accounting
  • A minimum of seven 7 years of project management experience
  • Financial experience and / or financial systems and understanding numbers is a must
  • Preferred media/entertainment background
  • Documented experience with SDLC methodology and process
  • Excellent analytical, communication (both verbal and written), facilitation/organizational skills
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Solid understanding of technology
  • Experience with Agile methodology is a plus
  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience is required
