Within our global media client, we are building a team and seeking an Audio Visual (AV) Specialist that will be the key point of contact for all conference room related support and issues across the enterprise campus. This role will interface with clients at all levels, including senior-level executives across the environment for in-room meeting support, diagnosing/ troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with AV Engineering and Facilities for new room builds, upgrades, and moves. QUALIFICATIONS
  • Knowledge of various AV products i.e., Cisco, Crestron, Avion, Clearone, etc.
  • Knowledge of various hardware type, touch panels, codecs, DSP and control systems.
  • Monitoring, maintenance, and operation of AV Systems.
  • Diagnosing/ troubleshooting/ resolving service issues related to integrated AV Systems.
  • Resolve daily incidents and service request coming through ServiceNow.
  • Review and take appropriate action on conference room failure reports and observe any possible trends.
  • Assist and coordinate with AV Engineering to build out of new rooms/ upgrade or moves existing rooms; responsible for site survey and room assessment, client coordination and end user training. 
  • Assist clients and serve as their liaison to the A/V department.
  • Assist with deployments of new custom creative AV assets.
  • Keep management in the loop on all escalations.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Knowledge of new high end AV technology (Crestron, TMS, AMX, DVR/Blu-Ray and other multimedia equipment).
  • Knowledge of Video Conference Systems (Crestron, Cisco, Polycom).
  • Knowledge of Crestron toolbox.
  • Knowledge of Crestron programming a plus (SIMPL Windows, VT-Pro).
  • Knowledge of Crestron Fusion a plus.
  • Understanding of Live productions, a plus.
